Hi, I am a management graduate with CFA and FRM but i work in Fixed income space in which i value structured products/exotics viz.snowball,PRDC,CPPI etc.I developed interest in stochastic calculus and IR models but CFA/FRM curriculum doesnt teach these.As per as theory related to models and stochastic calculus is concerned i am quite comfortable with that but what i lack is implememtation skills.suggest Any couse viz.CQF which can help ?

I see you work for Barclays Captials, aren't you? :)

I think CQF would be the best option for you. It's short, practically oriented, it can be done part-time and it is now pretty prestigous.

Only disadvantage is it cost you almost as much as a decent Masters in Finance in UK or US....

I am having my Master's degree in biomedical engineering and a work exp. of 2 years. I am thinking of switching into quantitative finance field. Is CQF certificate enough for that switch? or should I consider one more MAster's option in Financial engineering?

hey,i am a commerece graduate and studied maths till my high school and after even.i am doing CFA AND MSF(ICFAI).i am working as a trader and analyst in India's 3rd biggest firm.looking to get into hedge funds and crdie derivatives with invesmtnet banking too as i am half done with CHARTERED ACCOUNTANCY.so should i do CQF as of now to get a start in creidt derivatives and then look for some excellent MFE/MBA school? its hard as i am not an engineer but yet still not impossible.... tyr to help me plz...
